2. Exchanges for Quebec Customers
In alignment with Quebec’s consumer protection standards, customers in Quebec may request an exchange within 14 days of receipt if the product is defective. Items must be returned in their original condition, with all packaging intact.
3. Exchanges for the Rest of Canada
For customers across Canada, we offer exchanges under the same 14-day period if the product is defective. Our high standards of service apply nationwide.
4. International Exchanges
We extend our exchange program globally. International customers may request exchanges under the same conditions, with shipping costs borne by the customer both ways.

6. Shipping Responsibility
Within Canada, customers are responsible for return shipping, and we cover the cost of sending the replacement. Internationally, customers manage both directions of shipping.
